Pitsco’s Ask-An-Expert is a site that has a list of various Kid-Friendly sites that will allow them to ask a question of an expert.
In some cases, questions are asked via a form on the Pitsco site. In others, you go to the site of the expert.

Rain Forest Reptile Shows
A kid-friendly site with lots of info on snakes, frogs, lizards, turtles, alligators, and lots of other creepy-crawlies. Site creator Michael Ralbovsky has taken his lifelong love of reptiles and created an approach to natural history education. Now Rainforest Reptile Shows, his North Boston-based, educational outreach company, is famous throughout New England. If you live in the area, you can even have a reptilian birthday party!
Ask the Sports Experts
Got questions on sports? Get the answers to your Baseball, NFL, NBA, and NHL, Golf, and NASCAR questions.
Ask the Astronomer/Space Scientist
Dr. Sten Odenwald has a Ph.D. in astronomy from Harvard. Ask a new question, or check out his fascinating and extensive archive of over 3000 previously answered questions on subjects like Black Holes, the Origin of the Universe, Space Travel, Telescopes, and more.
At Pitsco, you can also sign up to become an expert (after being checked out), but you are warned that you may receive a lot of questions.
