Boy’s Prosthetic Hand Made with Love (and a 3-D printer)

The times we live in are nothing short of amazing, and there’s no doubt that 3D printers are going to change many aspects of our lives.

The original video that was shown here is no longer available. This one is a little more up-to-date, with the prosthethic hand being colorful, and more Marvel Super-Hero-like. Same concept, same inexpensive cost for materials.

This young man was born with an undeveloped hand and now has a prosthetic hand, made by his dad. Dad harnessed today’s technology, plus information found freely on the internet, to create a working hand for his son. A beautiful combination of love and tech!

You won’t believe how much the prosthetic hand costs!
